Kilimanjaro Climb – Find yourself on the top of the tallest height in Africa

Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa. It is a dormant volcano situated in Tanzania. There are three cones of this mountain. The starting point of your climbing will be the Machame Gate which is 900ft above ground level. You will be received by Safari hub professionals in Moshi and then a small drive of 45 minutes you will be atMachame. As you start climbing after a brief registration process,  you will discover the lust green rainforest all over thus region. You might encounter an afternoon shower even. After a steady walk of 7 hours you will reach a height of 9800 feet that means 3900 feet higher of where you started. The halt for the day will be at Machame Hut where the camp will be set up

The next day you will reach further higher to the Shira  camp which is about 12600 feet high. The journey time fir the day is approximately 5 to 6 hours of walk. On the way you will come across the Picnic Rock and also encounter the volcanic cones of Kibo and the lava invaded plateau of Shiro. The views are simply mesmerizing.

On day 3 you will ascend up from Shira camp steadily to the base of Lava Tower which is 14,900 feet. As per your physical exhaustion level you can climb up this 300 feet high tower to dive into some incredible views. This will be followed by a decent to the Barranco Camp which is at 12, 650 ft.

The next destinations are the Karranga camp ( 13000feet) on day 4. It is reached from the Barranco Camp via the Barranco wall.Barafu camp which is 15, 100 feet will be ascended next on day 5.

On day six you will begin your journey to the Uhuru Peak ( 19300 feet) that is the finish line of the climb. The journey is going to be exhausting as it will take a 8 hours walk from the Barafu base camp.

After this incredible success you will descend down to the Mweka hut to have your last dinner of the journey. That marks the end of the trip.
