During the Vertical Blue competition took place in 2010 - a free diver named William Trubridge, 29 year old divers performed a very impressive dive.

This depth is checked by computer Suunto D4. This is the 10th world record of each set Trubridge and his record in this category for the first time in 2008.
“It’s hard to dive down deep in that situation and I feel sometimes coma. The great thing is I’ve set a new record for diving. ” Trubridge became the world’s first deep dive to 116 without using oxygen cylinders.
