At 7PM on 20/1/2010, the building of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Family Korean took off all lights. This is a new initiative of the order to increase the birth rate.

This will be repeated regularly once a month to “help the staff care to search you and take care of them.”

The bill presents the climate will be given to the officials more than one child. The Ministry will also enhance the social meetings in the hope of promoting love of the staff.

Right on top of that, this policy has received the support of many people. But also the idea that such policy is not enough. According to them, that really need the government to review the cost is too high for child care and education. This makes many young families not to have children early.

Many people then said that not everyone was sure interested at home and make children. They can finish each other and work to go shopping.

The end result is successful as desired by those who set out this policy or not, still waiting. But every Wednesday’s night in the third week of every month,the light of building will be turn off at 19 pm and the staff to make it look natural.
