when you notice that your computer get virus or spyware, the first thing go to download free antivirus and spyware software and install them, then go to system restore “turn off system restore on all drives”, shutdown the computer and access to safe mode when hit F8 when the computer restart, log in safe mode launch anti-virus and anti-spyware software scanned and remove virus or spyware.
