Circumstances of  Lao Lu baby’s family. Father of a child, Chen Chuanliu, the workers pulled two-wheeled vehicles in Beijing, also a mother of the baby is disability. They have no money to send his child to private kindergartens, Chen chain his son to the front of a street light pole in the center Commercial in Fangshan district while running away hoping that getting support from goverment.

After the story of baby Lao Lu posted on the news, employees of child protection committees Fangshan district and local police had to persuade further the case. After this matter, a local pre-schools also agreed to get children to school for free, Beijing News reported.

Fangshan district government has announced it will begin recruitment of staff volunteers to help children from the others province . Currently, no public kindergarten in Fangshan receiving any day care for migrant for worker families.
